01.  Pre-Incubation Program launch

The Pre-Incubation Program for aspiring entrepreneurs, students, etc. was launched on 4^th August, 2024. This was a dedicated program of 12 weeks which included expert sessions of industry experts, R&D experts, Business experts, mentors, CA, CS, etc. This program was inaugurated by Mr. Harshal Patil, CEO of NETRARIT Foundation TBI.

02.  Pitch Deck Presentation

Another significant event in the Pre-Incubation Program, this session took place on 11th August 2024. It was led by Mr. Sachindra Kamble, Incubation Manager of NRiT-TBI, and provided essential guidance on crafting effective pitch decks. The presentation covered strategies to communicate ideas effectively to investors, making it an invaluable resource for early-stage entrepreneurs.

03.  Why Startups Fail and Their Phases?

Held on 18th August 2024, this session was part of the Pre-Incubation Program and conducted by Mr. Harshal Patil, CEO of NRiT TBI. The event focused on exploring the critical reasons behind startup failures and understanding the various phases of their lifecycle. This insightful session aimed to prepare budding entrepreneurs for the challenges of their startup journey.

04.  Business Model Canvas

On 25th August 2024, an online Pre-Incubation session on "Business Model Canvas" was conducted for students, led by Mr. Harshal Patil, CEO of NRiT TBI. The session aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Business Model Canvas framework and its application in startup planning. Students, aspiring entrepreneurs  participated in the event, gaining valuable insights into how to effectively structure and visualize their business ideas. Mr. Patil’s interactive presentation helped participants grasp key concepts related to customer segments, value propositions, channels, and more. The session proved to be an informative and engaging experience, enriching the entrepreneurial mindset of the attendees.

05.  Company Compliances and IPR

On 1st September 2024, NETRARIT Foundation organized an online Pre-Incubation session on "Company Compliances and IPR" for pre-incubates. The session was led by Mr. Mangesh Narvekar, a renowned Company Secretary (CS), who shared his expertise on the importance of company compliances and intellectual property rights (IPR) for startups and businesses. The session was attended by students, providing them with valuable insights on the legal and regulatory aspects of business operations. The interactive session helped participants understand the complexities of company compliance and the role of IPR in protecting innovations. The event was well-received by the students, enhancing their knowledge and understanding of these critical topics.

06.  IPR Essentials for Startups and Incubates

On 8th September 2024, an online session on "IPR Essentials for Startups and Incubates" was conducted, featuring Er. Harshvardhan Pandit, Assistant Professor at Shivaji University, as the resource person. The session aimed to provide valuable insights into Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and their significance for startups and incubates. Many students participated in the program, which covered key topics related to IPR protection, patent filing, and strategies for leveraging intellectual property to enhance business growth. The interactive session facilitated a better understanding of IPR essentials and its practical application in the startup ecosystem. The program received positive feedback from the participants, who appreciated the depth of knowledge shared by the expert.

07.  Go-To-Market Strategy (GTM)

On 13th October 2024, Mr. Harshal Patil, CEO of NRiT TBI, conducted an insightful online session on the topic "Go-To-Market Strategy (GTM)" for a group of students, aspiring entrepreneurs, etc. The session aimed to equip participants with essential knowledge on developing and executing effective market entry strategies for startups. Mr. Patil shared his expertise on market research, customer segmentation, and positioning, offering practical tips to help students understand the dynamics of launching a product successfully. The event, held at 11:00 am, provided students with valuable insights and tools for building strong marketing foundations in their entrepreneurial journeys.

08.  Types of Funding

NETRARIT Foundation TBI organized a session on "Types of Funding for Startups" under its Pre-Incubation Program, aimed at guiding aspiring entrepreneurs. This session was conducted on Sunday, October 20, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM by Mr. Sachindra Kamble, an Incubation Manager at NRiT TBI. The discussion focused on various funding options available to startups, including bootstrapping, venture capital, angel investment, and government grants.

09.  Taxation Aspects for Startups

NETRARIT Foundation TBI conducted a session on "Taxation Aspects for Startups" as part of its Pre-Incubation Program for aspiring entrepreneurs. The session was hosted on Sunday, November 17, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and was led by Mr. Mangesh Narvekar, a Company Secretary (CS). It aimed to provide startups with critical insights into tax compliance, planning, and management, ensuring they navigate taxation effectively.

10.  Product Design for Startups

On 24th November 2024, NETRARIT Foundation hosted an insightful online session on "Product Design for Startups," aimed at equipping students with crucial skills for designing innovative products. Mr. Saurabh Javanjal, an experienced R&D Engineer, led the session, sharing valuable insights on the principles of effective product design, prototyping, and user-centric design strategies. The session, attended by many enthusiastic students, provided practical knowledge and real-world examples that can be applied in startup ventures. Participants gained a deeper understanding of how to develop products that meet both user needs and market demands. The event successfully engaged students and helped them explore key aspects of product design, critical for entrepreneurial success.
