01. Udyam Sangli Industrial Expo 2023
Rajarambapu Institute of Technology and NETRARIT Foundation (NRiT) TBI had erected stall at Udyam Sangli Industrial Expo 2023. At this stall we have displayed the products of our incubated startups at NETRARIT Foundation (NRiT) TBI such as third wheel rolling support for bullock carts, automatic curd making machine, stabilizer, poultry racking machine, etc. The information about the various prestigious educational courses provided by Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Islampur was provided to the visitors. This implementation was carried out under the valuable guidance of Hon. Dr. P. V. Kadole (Director, Rajarambapu Institute of Technology and NETRARIT Foundation, Islampur)
Hon. Chandrakant Dada Patil (Minister of Higher and Technical Education, Govt. of Maharashtra) visited our Rajarambapu Institute of Technology and NETRARIT Foundation (NRiT) TBI’s stall at Udyam Sangli Industrial Expo 2023 on 28.11.2023.
02. An Awareness Seminar on Intellectual Property Rights
An awareness seminar on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) was organised at Rajarambapu Institute of Technology on 9th December, 2023. The resource persons were Mr. Dhruv Brahmbhatt (MD), Ms. Pooja Menon (COO) & Mr. Kishor Shendge (Kolhapur coordinator) of MYCrave consultancy and services in collaboration with NETRARIT Foundation (NRiT) Technology Business Incubator and RIT.
03. Maharashtra Students Innovation Challenge (MSIC) Sangli District Competetion
Maharashtra State Innovation Society and Department of Skill Development, Employability, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation has organized state level competition 'Maharashtra Student Innovation Challenge'. At this event we had esteemed presence of Hon. Dr. Raja Dayanidhi (IAS), District Magistrate & Collector of Sangli, and Hon. Amit Ranjan (IAS) at the district-level finale of the Sangli District on 11th December, 2023. In this competition our 2 incubated startups viz. Orobot Technologies Pvt Ltd and Bhupalgad Technologies Pvt Ltd has won the district level competition and they will represent Sangli district at State level competition.
04. Capacity Building Program IIC Members
Dr. Bhavna Ambudkar (Professor, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, in charge of Entrepreneurship Promotion and Innovation Cell, Chief Mentor at Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Symbiosis University Pune) led the session. The sessions inauguration was done by Hon. Dr. P. V Kadole (Director RIT and NRiT). This session emphasized the significance of IIC. Our 24 IIC coordinators engagement was in this insightful event.
05. 7th Engineering Exploration and Design Project Exhibition 2024
Demonstration and exhibition of 76 multidisciplinary innovative projects developed by 300+ first year students and mentored by NRiT TBI was organized on 5th January, 2024 in RIT, Rajaramnagar. The Jury members for the competition were Mr. Tushar Kamat (CEO, Canestar Pvt. Ltd.), Mr. Kishore Shendge (Kolhapur coordinator, MYcrave consultancy and services)
06. Chairman and US Guest Visit to NRiT TBI.
Our Hon. Chairman Bhagat Dada Patil graced the vibrant atmosphere of innovation during the Startup Innovation Week on 12th January 2024, making a special visit to our incubation centre.
Our incubated startups showcased their remarkable progress, highlighting the impact of the support and resources provided by NETRARIT Foundation (NRiT) TBI. It was a proud moment for everyone involved, witnessing firsthand the growth and success stories emerging from our incubation program.
07. NRiT TBI’s Incubated Startups Meetup
A meetup session was organized of all incubated startups with NETRARIT Foundation (NRiT) TBI. This session was attended by physically and virtually incubated startups and this session was led by Mr. Harshal Patil (CEO, NRiT) in assistance with Mr. Sachindra Kamble (Incubation Manager, NRiT), Mr. Sagar Jadhav (Startup Co-ordinator) and Mr. Nilesh Jagtap (Incubation Associate). In this session, all incubated startups presented their progress status and problems faced by them.
08. National Startup Day celebration with MBA students, Entrepreneur Development Cell, and faculties
National Startup Day celebration was organized on 18th January, 2024. It brought together our brilliant startups, MBA students, Entrepreneur Development Cell, and faculties for a day of inspiration and collaboration. Ground-breaking pitches, insightful discussions and startup experiences were shared at this moment.
09. Students Innovation Challenge Winner 2024
Our incubated Startups Orobot Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Bhupalgad Technologies Pvt. Ltd. have clinched victory at Maharashtra Students Innovation Challenge (MSIC) organized by Maharashtra State Innovation Society and Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Dept, Govt of Maharashtra at the district level!
10. Launching MVP of our Startup Orobot Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Minium Viable Product (MVP) launch of NETRARIT Foundation (NRiT) TBI incubated startup Orobot Technologies Pvt Ltd was organised on 18th January 2024. The inauguration was done by Hon. Pratik Patil (Chairman, Rajarambapu Patil Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana), Hon. R. D. Sawant (Secretary, KES), Dr. P V Kadole (Director, RIT and NRiT), Mr. Harshal Patil (CEO, NRiT TBI) and other respected dignitaries.
11. Two Days Workshop for Rural entrepreneurs
Two Days Workshop for Rural entrepreneurs was organised by Bhartiya Yuva Shakti Trust in affiliation with NETRARIT Technology Business Incubator and Rajarambapu Institute of Technology, Islampur. In this workshop importance of entrepreneurships was discussed with budding entrepreneurs and information about various business tools were given.The speaker guest Miss Madhuri Krishnamurthy, and Mr. Vaibhav Kamble, also 40 members were participated for this workshop.
12. Entrepreneurship Development Boot Camp
Entrepreneurship Development boot camp of 5 days (20th to 24th February, 2024) was organised by Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship Development (CIIED) and NETRARIT Foundation (NRiT) TBI. The resource person was Mr. Amol Nitave (CEO, EvolvingX). The inauguration was done in presence of Hon. Dr. P. V. Kadole (Director, RIT and NRiT), Dr. A. B. Kakade (Dean R&D), Dr. S. K. Patil (Dean Academics), Mr. Amol Nitave (CEO, EvolvingX), Mr. Harshal Patil (CEO, NRiT TBI), Faculty mentors, students and participants.
13. Outreach Program at Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering, Mahagaon
On 14th June 2024, NETRARIT Foundation conducted an outreach program at Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering, Mahagaon, focusing on entrepreneurship and startup development. The session, led by Mr. Harshal Patil, CEO of NRiT TBI, was attended by many students who gained valuable insights into the startup ecosystem and the essential steps to transform innovative ideas into successful businesses. Mr. Patil shared his expertise on business development, funding opportunities, and the role of incubators in nurturing startups. The program encouraged students to explore entrepreneurship as a career path and provided practical knowledge to help them in their future ventures. This outreach initiative was a successful effort in motivating and empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs.
14. Awareness Program on Maharashtra Startup Week 2024
On 20th July 2024, NETRARIT Foundation organized an informative awareness session on "Maharashtra Startup Week 2024," aimed at encouraging students to explore opportunities in the startup ecosystem. The session, attended by 100 participants, was led by previous winner of Maharashtra Startup Week Mr. Vaishnav C., Co-founder and CBO of Aviotron Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Vaishnav shared his insights into the significance of Maharashtra Startup Week, the various initiatives for startups, and how students can benefit from participating in such events. The event highlighted the state's commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, motivating students to take advantage of the resources and networking opportunities available. Participants gained a comprehensive understanding of the startup landscape and how to leverage state-sponsored programs for their entrepreneurial growth.
15. Student Outreach Program at KRP College, Islampur
On 5th July 2024, NETRARIT Foundation organized a Student Outreach Program for Entrepreneurship at KRP College, Islampur, in the Sangli district. The program aimed to inspire and guide students towards exploring entrepreneurial opportunities. Dr. Umakant Padwal, Assistant Professor at the MBA Department, RIT, and Mr. Sachindra Kamble, Incubation Manager at NETRARIT Foundation, shared their expertise on various aspects of entrepreneurship, including ideation, business models, and the startup ecosystem. The event saw a remarkable participation of 230 students, who actively engaged in discussions and gained valuable insights into the world of entrepreneurship. This initiative successfully encouraged students to consider entrepreneurship as a viable career path and to think innovatively.
16. Institute Outreach Program at Rajarambapu College of Pharmacy, Kasegaon
On 1st August 2024, an impactful Outreach Program was conducted at Rajarambapu College of Pharmacy, Kasegaon, in the Sangli district, with a participation of 150 enrolled students. The session featured expert speakers, Mr. Harshal Patil, CEO of NETRARIT Foundation, and Dr. Umakant Padwal, Assistant Professor at the MBA Department, RIT. The program focused on fostering entrepreneurial skills, introducing students to startup ecosystems, and guiding them on how to approach business development in the pharmaceutical and related sectors. Both speakers shared valuable insights on entrepreneurship, innovation, and the importance of mindset for success. The event was well-received, encouraging students to explore new avenues in the world of startups and business.
17. Sensitisation Program for ED Track
NETRARIT Foundation and RIT organized an impactful Awareness Sensitisation Program for the Entrepreneurship Development (ED) Track from 29th to 31st August 2024. The program saw active participation from 450 students, who were introduced to the world of entrepreneurship and its potential. Mr. Amol Nitave, Founder of EvolvingX, served as the speaker, offering valuable insights on startup culture, innovation, and the challenges entrepreneurs face in today's dynamic market. The sessions were designed to motivate students to consider entrepreneurship as a viable career option, providing them with practical knowledge and tools. The event was a great success in fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among the participants and encouraging them to explore business opportunities.
18. NETRARIT Foundation TBI Celebrates the Launch of TGP Bioplastic Pvt. Ltd.
TGP Bioplastic Pvt. Ltd., a groundbreaking startup in Compostable Plastic Granules manufacturing, incubated at NETRARIT Foundation TBI. The visionary founders are Mr. Karan Chavan, Mr. Tejas Zagade, and Mr. Indrajeet Nikam.
The event was graced by a distinguished panel of dignitaries, including Dr. Anil Kakodkar (Chairman, RGSTC), Dr. J.B. Joshi (Chancellor, ICT Mumbai), and Dr. Rajesh Pathak (Secretary, Technology Development Board), Mrs. Bineesha P., Executive Director, IIWM, Hon. Bhagatsinh Patil, Chairman BoG RIT, Hon. Prin. R. D. 19. 8th Engineering Exploration and Design Project Exhibition 2024
On May 29, 2024, NETRARIT Foundation and RIT hosted the 8th Engineering Exploration and Design Project Exhibition, an inspiring showcase of talent and innovation by first-year engineering students. The event was inaugurated by Hon. Dr. P. V. Kadole (Director, RIT and NRiT TBI), who emphasized the importance of creative problem-solving in engineering. Esteemed industrial experts, including Mr. Arif Shaikh, Mr. Shashank Lawand, Mr. Arvind Mangore, and Mr. Suresh Patil, graced the occasion as judges, offering valuable feedback to the young innovators.
